"bloggus interruptus" is lurking and my bank account is shot to hell
hi everybody. Bloggus Interruptus is a-lurking, so if you dont see any posts you'll know why.
i'm waayyyy behind on this damn cable bill, as well as my cell bill and if the cell gets cut off, so be it. my checking account is ugly overdrawn because i've had to um, write a few "floaters" to try and keep my head above water, and those fees add up. but it's nobody's fault but mine.
i wish i had at least $500 to dump in the account to erase those overdrafts but i cant pull it out of the sky, so i'm hoping for a miracle.
*sigh* anyway, i'm a little down in the spirit today, and nearly dreading the third of next month because my direct deposit is gonna eat the overdrafts.
i brought this crap on myself, so i deserve to suffer the consequences.

Life spent robbing from Peter to pay Paul is difficult. I know ... I've been there. Hang in there ... this too WILL pass. But for the moment it will be rough! If you disappear we will know why ... and we know you WILL be back, sooner or later!
Take care of yourself no matter what!!
HUGS
Miz, thanks for letting us know, so we don't worry. Hopefully everything will turn out ok. We will all be here waiting for you to return if you get disconnected.
Miz E-I am experiencing some of that myself. My account is way overdrawn also. You are not alone here sista. Take care
You are a sweet and wonderful person Miz Thang! You don't deserve what you are going through, even if you think you do. I too - am having financial troubles right now. But when I win the lottery (hahah yeah right) you are on my list of people to give to!
I'm sorry I haven't been around much to visit my friends blogs lately. I've just been really busy. I'm still sending you best wishes and invisible *hugs* all the time though.
Hey, there are modem hookups that are free, or near free, like Netzero or something. There slow, but hell, we have all day :)
I believe in miracles.
Girl I hear you screaming. I hope that everything works out quickly for you. I wish there was something that I could do, unfortunately at this time it's all I can do to pay my copays for my scripts and doc visits.
** sending you positive money vibes**
The worst part is that it's easy to get down and harder to get out.
Don't let 'em win. :)
Miz Thang, I've been thinking a lot about you lately. You know you are in my prayers. I love you lots and hope things will get better for you.
this happened to me recently with my bank. I realize that I made like 5-6 overdrafts on my account , not including the others which hadn't posted till many days after the sale on debit card. needless to say the bank took all of my social security disablity income, $694 a month, using it to cover those overdrafts. as if not getting help out west in denver with housing because of not being able to afford to get my license/ID changed to colorado and driving back east to find things even worse and living in a hostile homeless shelter hasn't been depressing enough [denver being a city I was quite happy in as a transwoman because of its being diversity tolerant]; I now have to figure out just what I will do for money this month. the bank, whose branch is located in western new york state where I briefly lived before leaving, told me they can not do anything unless I come 300+ miles to the branch in person or they can do nothing for me. [ if I was able to come in they'd set up a pay the bank back plan in order for them to refund what they charged in overdraft fees; $480 for 15 occurences plus the transactions they'd paid]. all because I desperately needed the money for gas, warm clothes, and medical needs. I mistakenly signed up for this " overdraft protection" thing they said was part of the new banking regulations, but it looks like that did nothing.
